About Shanelle Gray-Faulkner
My Background
Shanelle Gray-Faulkner was born Shanelle Workman in Fairfax, Virginia. Shanelle began her lengthy career in pageants as a child, and then landed the coveted role of Young Cosette in the Original Broadway Production of Les Miserables. After her broadway dreams were actualized in New York City, she moved to Los Angeles and immediately secured her future when she was cast to star alongside Howie Mandel in the ABC Pilot Howie and Rose as the title character Rose. After accruing many credits as a child actor, Shanelle grew up and began her adult career with series regular roles on Soap Operas One Life To Live and The Bold & the Beautiful, and recurring roles on hit shows such as Grey's Anatomy and Cory In The House on Disney Channel. Then at 25, the young entrepreneur knew she had bigger aspirations in the industry and ambitiously set out to achieve those goals, beginning with her own acting studio called Act 4 Reel. This became one of LA's leading Performing Arts Studios, and later evolved into Gray Studios after going into business with her first husband. After 20 years of Gray Studios, she decided she didn't want to end her legacy there. She produced over 180 short films (with Gray Studios, and then with her own studio Shanelle Gray School of Acting that she opened alone after divorcing), some of which have earned awards. While she is a busy woman, she’s achieved, and continues to achieve, all her goals. She has two wonderful and accomplished daughters. Oldest daughter, Skylar Gray, is a series regular on the Paramount+ series Evil (now on Netflix as well), while Parker Gray starred as Celia in the Pilot Unt. Kelsey Grammar with Alec Baldwin and Kelsey Grammar. Shanelle comes from a family of actors: sister Ariel Winter (Modern Family) and brother Jimmy Workman (Addams Family). Her creative spirit continues to attract even more creatives; her husband Micah Faulkner is an accomplished musician, still adding to his lengthy portfolio as a guitarist and songwriter. Shanelle has since branched out even further into talent managing, representing top actors across the country with her successful management company Complete Management Group. She represents/has previously represented celebrities such as Shad Moss, Julia Lester, Tyler Posey and more. Shanelle’s current successful up-and-coming series clients include Kaileen Chang (star of I Woke Up A Vampire on Netflix), Kyriana Kratter (star of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew premiering in the fall of ‘24 on Disney+), Caleb Dolden (star of the new thriller series Teacup on Peacock), in addition to up-and-coming movie stars such as Mila Harris (NO EXIT) and many more leading young actors in Hollywood. Keep an eye out for her roster as Shanelle continues to round out her company using her 35+ years of experience in all aspects of the industry. Shanelle is also an esteemed coach and teacher for actors all over the globe. She recently taught and spoke at a College Tour on the East Coast and has aspirations to teach more across the country.
